Drawing from Life – Figure Drawing Session

A meeting for drawing enthusiasts, regardless of skill level. In a relaxed atmosphere, participants will sketch live models, practicing observation, proportions, expression, and light and shadow.
Who it’s for: ages 14+
Duration: 3 hours
Languages: Polish, Ukrainian, English
Accessibility:
No architectural barriers, accessible restroom, induction loop at the ticket office, free earplugs available, noise-canceling headphones available for a fee.
Session program:
Quick sketches (30 min) – short poses, focusing on dynamics and movement
Medium and long poses (60 min) – developing skills in detail and chiaroscuro
Break (15 min)
Long pose (30 min) – experimenting with different techniques (e.g. charcoal, ink, pastels)
Organizers:
Liane Khachatrian and Liube Syrotiuk – illustrators and animators who, through Sketch Breakfast, create a space for creative growth and drawing exploration.
